Why choose fixed windows
When a window does not need to open, a fixed window gives you the most glass for the least frame. They are ideal for capturing a view, brightening a dark room or stairwell, or adding a feature window.
With no moving parts, fixed windows seal tightly against drafts and noise. We make them to measure, including combinations with awning or sliding sashes for ventilation.

Can fixed windows be combined with opening windows?
Yes. Fixed panes are often combined with awning or sliding sashes so you get light and ventilation.
Are fixed windows more energy efficient?
With no opening sash they seal tightly, and double glazing up to 22mm is available.
